Winters Recreation is seeking a Customer Finance and Service Warranty Specialist to support customers in securing financing options and selecting service warranty coverage that best fits their needs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who can confidently guide customers through both financing and warranty processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive overall experience. In this position, you will work closely with customers, lenders, and the internal sales team to clearly communicate financing terms, interest rates, dealer fees, and available warranty programs. You will play a key role in helping customers understand their options, setting expectations, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Attention to detail is critical, as you will be responsible for reviewing loan documents, submitting deals, and following through to funding while minimizing errors. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to proactively problem-solve. You should be comfortable addressing customer questions or concerns, troubleshooting financing or warranty issues, and working through challenges with lenders or internal teams to keep deals moving forward. Being responsive and maintaining consistent follow-up will be essential. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience. Experience in financing, lending, or dealership environments is helpful, but just as important is a willingness to learn, stay organized, and continuously improve processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hand-on problem solving, and wants to grow with a company that values quality, accountability, and strong customer relationships.
