Come be a part of our team of hard‐working, dedicated, and fun-loving individuals! The Operations Specialist is a core operations role that will make immediate meaningful impact. You'll be integral in our office functions and provide a high level of operations and administrative related service to our end-clients and internal advisory teams. This role has wide-ranging potential. Depending on interest levels and skill sets, we can see the Operations Specialist as being a career role or an entry point to a future firm opportunity. What you'll get to do immediately: Answer and receive inbound phone calls from clients, vendors, Partner services, etc.. Send and receive all physical mailing for the office and our clients Making sure in office inventory for client meetings are fully updated and stocked Assist with new and existing client scheduling Assist with existing client paperwork, including form preparation, obtaining client signatures, document submission, moving money, and follow-ups Assist onboarding of new clients to our custodians Communicate with clients on the status of cash distributions/deposits, and all money movement operations activities Assist with developing and refining internal work-flow systems, including implementing adjustments to business processes in our client relationship management (CRM) software Serve as the firm's administrator for our managed 529 college savings accounts.
