JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in school finance, governmental accounting, budgeting, auditing, grant administration, or related fiscal management preferred. Knowledge of New Jersey public-school finance regulations, NJDOE Preschool Education Aid requirements, and applicable state and federal grant regulations. Knowledge of budgeting, purchasing, accounting procedures, fiscal monitoring, and financial reporting requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to analyze fiscal data and prepare detailed financial reports. Proficiency with financial management systems, spreadsheets, and data management systems. Ability to maintain accurate records and meet multiple reporting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with administrators, providers, and external agencies.
