Qualificions One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to th of the next lower grade within the federal service, which demonstres the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. GS-09 Specialized experience is defined as: Assisting in the analysis and assessment of the organizion's financial management programs, processes, and systems; participing in developing financial management standards, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of services. GS-11 Specialized experience is defined as: Providing leadership to a financial management organizion th involves analysis and assessment of the organizion's initiives or projects. Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. For entry the GS-11 Level applicant must have served 52 weeks as a GS-09 or higher grade in Federal Service. Experience:
Three full years of progressively higher-level gradue educion leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree may be substituted to meet the specialized experience requirement.
