Monday-Friday | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Trust Accounting & Insurance Operations Specialist to join a growing professional services team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background, experience managing client trust accounts, and knowledge of insurance, bonding, legal, or financial service operations. Responsibilities Manage and reconcile client trust accounts with a high degree of accuracy Process client deposits, disbursements, and transfers Monitor trust account balances and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Coordinate with clients, vendors, financial institutions, and internal team members Support insurance and surety bond processing activities Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of client funds at all times Qualifications Previous experience managing or reconciling client trust accounts required Strong accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience Experience in insurance, surety, legal, banking, escrow, or professional services environments required Understanding of trust accounting principles and financial controls Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software How to Apply New to Express?
