Job Description

HOA/Community Association Accounting Position Summary We are seeking an experienced HOA/Community Association Accounting Representative for the financial operations of midsized HOA. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and financial management expertise, experience with Enumerate Central, and a thorough understanding of community association accounting principles, reserve funding, budgeting, and financial reporting. The HOA/Community Association Accounting Representative will be responsible for A/P, A/R, Billing, reconciliations, accurate monthly and annual financial reports, record keeping, and maintaining compliance with governing documents and applicable regulations. Qualifications Required 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. 3+ years of HOA, condominium association, property management, or community association accounting experience. Advanced proficiency with Enumerate Central. Strong knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting principles. Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and annual budgets. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Experience managing accounting Knowledge of reserve studies and association funding strategies. Experience working directly with HOA Familiarity with community association management operations. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
