Job Summary:

Assist the Finance Department with all functions of accounts payable and receivable and aspects of payroll. Collaborate with the team to ensure paperwork is complete and payments can be made.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Duties/Responsibilities:

Enter and review vendor invoices for further processing. Prepare checks, issue, and file documentation. Assist with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing. Support the finance team in accurately assigning job costs to help ensure project and company success. Answer phones

Required Skills/Abilities:

Process and detail oriented to ensure accuracy of and timely payment of vendor invoices. Ability to handle significant workloads from time to time and decide priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Collaboration and communication with a variety of internal and external personnel.

Education and Experience:

Associate degree in Accounting or Business 1-2 years of relevant experience Specifically in payroll.

FLSA Classification:

Hourly, Non-Exempt Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer in a standard office environment Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Standard work hours:
