These roles are critical to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and security of electronic transactions, deposit operations, and digital services that power the member experience. Depending on experience, candidates will be aligned to the appropriate level, with increasing scope, complexity, and leadership expectations from Level I through Level III. Each Specialist may focus in one of three key areas: ACH & Share Draft Exceptions Card & Online Services ATM & Deposit Operations Across all levels, this team plays a vital role in maintaining account integrity, mitigating risk, and delivering seamless service to both internal teams and members. What You'll Do Core Responsibilities Across All Levels Process and support electronic transactions, including ACH, wires, card activity, and deposits Research and resolve transaction discrepancies, exceptions, and member-impacting issues Ensure compliance with regulations (NACHA, Reg E, Reg
CC, BSA/AML, OFAC

96 to $34.95 Level Differentiation Digital Services Specialist I Executes day-to-day processing and exception handling with guidance Supports ACH, card services, and deposit operations functions Focuses on accuracy, learning systems, and building foundational knowledge Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience Digital Services Specialist II Independently handles complex transactions, discrepancies, and escalations Serves as a resource to peers and supports onboarding/training Identifies trends, recommends improvements, and supports system enhancements Operates with strong judgment within established guidelines Typically 3-5 years of experience across multiple functional areas Digital Services Specialist III Serves as a subject matter expert in one or more operational areas Leads complex investigations, high-risk issue resolution, and process improvements Partners cross-functionally on system enhancements, controls, and strategic initiatives Acts as an escalation point and mentor to team members Influences operational strategy and drives efficiency across the function Typically 5+ years of experience with advanced expertise What You Bring Experience in deposit operations, electronic payments, or digital banking within a financial institution Strong understanding of ACH processing, wires, card services, and/or deposit operations Knowledge of applicable regulations (NACHA, Reg E, Reg

Preferred:
