Job Description Financial Operations Support - Columbus, OH (Hybrid) Hybrid - Columbus, OH $20 to 22.00/hr Contract (6-12 months with potential extension) We're seeking a motivated Financial Operations Associate to join one of our top financial services clients . This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a professional finance environment and grow within the industry.
What You'll Do:
Support daily financial operations and client account activities Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and support account-related requests Review, verify, and maintain account documentation and transactions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure accuracy Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
