3-Month Contract (Can be extended or become permanent based on performance) About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Specialist to join a growing Finance organization undergoing an exciting strategic transformation. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this role will play a key part in enhancing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes while helping build scalable finance capabilities for a rapidly growing organization. This is an ideal opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys building processes from the ground up, partnering with business leaders, and leveraging technology and data to support smarter business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of the FP&A function as part of a broader finance transformation initiative
- Assist in building scalable budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting processes
- Load budgets and financial data into reporting platforms and support monthly reporting and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, operational planning, and business decisions
- Strengthen forecasting across revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and compensation planning
- Create and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for executive and departmental leadership
- Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support implementation and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools, including Vena and HubSpot integrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and financial visibility
- Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and scalable finance operations Qualifications ?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field ? 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related analytical role ? Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis ? Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills ? Experience with financial planning/reporting systems (Vena experience is a plus) ? Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM/business systems preferred ? Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Experience
- Experience helping build or transform FP&A processes in a growing organization
- Comfortable operating in environments where systems and processes are being established
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve financial reporting and forecasting
