JOB FUNCTIONS
Gift Processing & Administration (50%) Quickly and accurately process all gifts including stock gifts, wires, checks, and credit cards Reconcile credit card gifts monthly Ensure gifts are processed accurately for gift receipts, gift acknowledgements, tax filings and donor recognition Process gift adjustments and all non-gift entries including in-kind gift receipts Maintain documentation and gift records Handle return checks, declined credit card transactions and other related issues Maintenance, and update of gift processing procedures to ensure the not for profit organization, Financial Services Coordinator, accurate processing and tax benefits Assist with the audit process by confirming schedules and have ac-counting gift services ready for Auditors along with resolving questions and issues Client Services & Administration (35%) Research and answer cases looking for documentation Assist with scheduling, operations, and administration for Client Services for Related Organizations.
Includes:
Process Payments and Invoices Request Fund Transfers Complete Documentation Schedule Client Services Check-ins, Finance Committee Meetings, etc. Support yearly Budget & yearly Audit Support monthly and ad-hoc reporting Order supplies according to requests and budget constraints Perform other duties as assigned Investment Records (15%) Ensure Investment information is accessible and updated timely within filing systems Liaise with external accounts regarding all communication, discrepancies and reconciling items Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM SKILLS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
