Position Summary This position is located in the Bureau of Real Estate Management and serves as a critical point of dependency of the implementation of duties, policies, and responsibilities across both the Lease Administration and Space Management Sections. This role manages the administration of approximately 450 statewide active private sector leases covering approximately 3.2 million square feet and $49 million in annual rental payments. The position also acts as a primary liaison to the Space Management section regarding space utilization in DOA state-owned buildings, tracking approximately 4 million square feet of occupied and vacant space and managing $77 million in annual rent billings and collections. This role is a functional dependency for the Division, utilizing Archibus software to process complex lease contracts, manage the state-owned housing rental program, and ensure data integrity for all real estate and billing documents. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in data management, proficiency in fiscal operations, and strong communication skills. This position will encounter and track lease related documents, oversee invoicing, operate within BREM's space management system, and be responsible for maintaining data integrity. For a complete list of duties, please see the position description. Salary Information This position is in schedule-range (02-13) with a rate of pay of $26.08 an hour. A 12 month probationary period is required. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan. Qualifications Qualified applicants will have experience in the following: Utilizing software to manage data, create reports, track progress, and/or perform audits Utilizing basic bookkeeping methods and practices which may include but is not limited to invoicing, database and contract management and reporting, and/or performing reconciliations Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality customer service Well qualified applicants may have the following: Experience with Real estate Documents such as Leases, addendums, RFI's, RFP's and renewals.
