Job Summary Westat is seeking a Finance Systems Specialist to become part of the Finance and Contracts team supporting the corporate Accounting, Contracts, and Finance IT systems. The environment includes applications and systems that are integrated with Deltek Costpoint platform, Cognos, OnBase, TM1, Workday, Dayforce and other products. This position is eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements at our corporate headquarters (1-2 days per week, flexible hours) in Bethesda, Maryland. Job Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing day-to-day management of the Deltek Costpoint modules such as Accounts Payable, Purchasing, People and Time and Expense.
• Troubleshoot application and interface issues.
• Assist end-users and Functional leads in use of applications.
• Continual learning and skill improvement by staying up to date with the latest Deltek Costpoint releases, features, and best industry practices.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Financial Systems Manager or Controller. Basic Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience with functional background in Deltek's Costpoint and Time Collection systems.
• Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP, Pivot and CSV functionality. Preferred Qualifications
• Strong experience with Costpoint Time and Expense and any HR or Payroll applications
• SQL query and report writing experience with Cognos or similar tool.
• Experience with administering IBM TM1 or SemFin's FocusPoint.
• Candidates should have good communication and writing skills.
• Exercise good judgment and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well in a team environment.
