Hybrid. My home office in Cornelius with occasional remote work We are seeking a highly organized, technology-driven Personal Assistant to support a growing Medicare and financial advisory business. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using artificial intelligence tools and modern technology to help streamline and organize an advanced business operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, learns quickly, communicates professionally, and enjoys creating efficient systems and workflows. Responsibilities Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar management Organize electronic business documents and client files Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases Use AI tools and technology platforms to improve efficiency and organization Help manage day-to-day administrative operations Support document preparation and digital organization Assist with client communication and follow-up as needed Help streamline office systems and processes Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Highly efficient with technology and artificial intelligence tools Comfortable using spreadsheets, calendars, and digital filing systems Professional communication skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
