POSITION SUMMARY
To effectively sell Pilgrim Bank's products, services and brand while providing superior and quality customer service enthusiastically, efficiently and accurately. Must be knowledgeable of all bank products and services matching product to customers' needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enthusiastically provide superior customer service. Provide positive and accurate descriptions of the Bank's products and services, cross-selling all beneficial services to each customer. Consistently strive to develop new client relationships as well as strengthen existing customer relationships. Fulfill customer service requests regarding opening accounts, certificates of deposit, IRA's, safe deposit boxes, ordering checks, online banking and bill pay, change of address, account revisions, research requests, stop payments, and other functions. Issue, delete and maintenance ATM and debit cards. Responsible for ongoing education about products and services by attending sales meetings, scheduled training, reading, studying printed materials, and personal research. Accept and meet challenges and goals set within the department and bank. Follow all BSA compliance regulations and procedures reporting any suspicious activity. Complete annual training over various subjects as required by law or regulation. Answer telephones and serve as relief teller as needed.
