Fuel your passion The Finance Specialist - Income Statement acts as a key business partner to functional teams, providing financial leadership, analysis, and insights to support operational performance and strategic decision‑making. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting of indirect costs, supports planning cycles, and drives continuous improvement through data, tools, and cross‑functional collaboration. As a Finance Specialist - Income Statement, you will be responsible for:
  • Acting as a business partner to functional operating teams, supporting initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and accountability.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Functional Indirect Costs through standardized and streamlined quarterly processes.
  • Providing financial leadership in the coordination and preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly operating rhythms.
  • Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews aligned with business priorities.
  • Leading and monitoring monthly and quarterly estimates, including tracking execution against key operational and financial metrics.
  • Delivering variance analysis and actionable insights to support informed business decision‑making.
  • Supporting cross‑functional initiatives to drive productivity, cost synergies, and organizational efficiency.
  • Leveraging data, digital tools, and analytical capabilities to identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance financial transparency. To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
  • Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Income Statement management or financial analysis.
  • Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present financial insights effectively.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and work across teams.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Have proven organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have experience leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and financial systems to improve performance and reporting.
