The Operations team oversees the contract preparation, treasury, and post-funding non-collections servicing support. We are currently seeking a dedicated Associate to join our team. This role involves document preparation, managing treasury systems, and maintaining deal level documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external business systems. This position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and requires in-person attendance. Responsibilities Prepare, draft, and manage funding contracts for new deals, ensuring accuracy and completion through the signatory process. Input and maintain transaction details in asset management systems and related spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Process and submit Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings for new deals to secure collateral rights. Coordinate with internal and external collections and legal teams to track, review, and resolve open cases, supporting compliance and operational efficiency. Participate in cross-functional collaboration to streamline and improve processes related to post-funding support. Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an analytical or operational support position within the financial services industry. Experience in small business lending is preferred but not required. Proficiency in asset origination technologies and Microsoft suite of solutions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring interpersonal communication. Meticulous attention to detail while working with financial documents.
