Job DescriptionJob Description Manage accounts payable and receivable , including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Process driver payroll , settlements, and reimbursements Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and fuel accounts Monitor and track operating expenses such as fuel, maintenance, tolls, and insurance Prepare and maintain financial reports , including profit and loss statements Assist with budgeting and forecasting Ensure compliance with DOT, IFTA, and tax reporting requirements Maintain organized financial records and documentation Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and management for financial accuracy Support audits and work with external accountants when needed
