Qualificions Minimum Qualificion Requirements:
To qualify for this position you must meet the Specialized Experience for the series to which you are applying. Specialized Experience To qualify for the GS-14, you must possess least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. Specialized experience is experience th equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and th is in or reled to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as demonstred experience: Leading financial management operions and developing bureau-wide policies in compliance with Federal regulions and OMB/Treasury guidance. Overseeing general ledger activity, financial reporting, and CFO Act financial stements to support audit readiness. Resolving complex financial system issues, improve processes, and strengthen internal controls. Advising senior leadership on financial da, risks, and operional impacts while coordining with external stakeholders. Directing staff, setting priorities, and evaluing performance. Must meet all.
