Work Schedule:

We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist in Pharmacy to: Analyze operational performance, monitor trends, and report key findings. Gather and evaluate data to support targets for customer service, productivity, and cost control. Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures. Ensure departmental compliance with all regulatory requirements. Support leadership with project planning, program development, and business opportunity evaluations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree In business administration, finance, information systems, or another relevant field Required Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree in addition to the experience listed below.
