Full Job Description Company Summary:

Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end deal execution including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and closing transactions Build detailed financial models including LBO, operating models, and valuation analyses Conduct industry research and market mapping across industrial subsectors Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for investment committee Monitor portfolio performance and assist with exit strategies Engage directly with senior leadership, advisors, and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
