Job Description:

Position Summary RCP Advisors is seeking a Valuations Associate to support and manage valuation activities across multiple private equity investment strategies. This position will have visibility across teams to take meaningful ownership of the valuation processes and enhance workflows for evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has a background in valuations or accounting and experience with illiquid securities in a private equity or transaction?focused environment. Responsibilities Manage full cycle valuation, reporting, and monitoring, including timelines, reviews, and internal coordination Utilize complex valuation models to assemble fair value data Develop multi-sector portfolio valuations of illiquid securities for investments Leverage various valuation methods including Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, LBO, Option Pricing Model, and Market Approach Maintain Excel?based valuation models documenting assumptions and valuation rationale Provide sector and company research to support valuation assumptions and investment analysis Partner internally and with external providers to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting Identify opportunities to improve and streamline valuation processes as autonomy increases through the use of A.I. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2 - 4 years of experience in valuation, accounting, transaction advisory, or a related role Experience valuing illiquid securities for private equity and/or private credit firm(s) Financial modeling and advanced Excel skills Understanding of

U.S. GAAP

fair value concepts Analytical and detail?oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks Strong teammate with experience leading initiatives across multiple departments CPA, CFA, or progress toward either is a plus, but not required Compensation Range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 .
