Job Description
Smart Capital Center is looking to hire a US-based undergraduate student for an AI and commercial real estate internship in 2026 where the intern actually builds, tests, and deploys AI agents on live CRE underwriting workflows. Smart Capital Center is an AI-native commercial real estate intelligence platform analyzing $500B+ in CRE transactions across 120M+ US properties. We help institutional investors and lenders compress deal-analysis cycles from days to hours in a $17 trillion industry. This is a part-time, fully remote internship designed for a top-performing US undergraduate in finance, real estate, or a related field who is already building with AI tools and wants a role where that work ships into a live institutional product.
