Senior Real Estate Analyst Senior Analyst - Real Estate, Underwriting, Modeling Hybrid Schedule with Fridays remote Position Overview Based out of Irvine, CA, we are a longstanding, privately held Commercial Real Estate Developer with an excellent reputation in the industry and like to promote from within. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing real estate investments, conducting financial assessments, and supporting strategic decision-making processes to enhance our portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth financial analysis for various real estate projects Perform underwriting and risk assessment on potential investments Develop and maintain financial models to support investment strategies Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for analysis Support the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions Monitor market trends and economic indicators affecting real estate investments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis with Commercial or Residential Real Estate industry experience Strong proficiency in financial analysis, underwriting, and modeling Argus modeling experience a plus, but not required Familiarity with due diligence practices and cash flow analysis MS Excel Benefits Full benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance 401k matching plan 2 weeks vacation time 10% bonus opportunity Competitive base salary range Career advancement opportunity - like to promote from within Great work culture Excellent training and learning opportunity Strong leadership team valuing mentorship and development For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
