We are seeking an accomplished SEC Reporting Manager bringing a high degree of adaptability and unwavering integrity to every aspect of financial reporting and compliance. They must be adept at navigating evolving regulatory requirements, complex accounting standards, and fast‑paced business environments while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and consistency. They must partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, complete, and reliable disclosures that uphold investor trust and reflect the highest standards of corporate governance. Responsibilities Direct the preparation and distribution of financial reporting for the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies, including the SEC. Collaborate with the CAO, CFO and Investor Relations to calculate, accurately describe and report key financial metrics. Oversee technical accounting matters, including performing analysis and technical accounting research under US GAAP and draft technical memos documenting the accounting treatment of complex and judgmental transactions, including analysis, relevant literature, and conclusion. Understand a broad range of technical accounting matters to ensure reporting appropriately articulates and discloses complex transactions. Maintain accounting policies and procedures and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize them. Analyze the impact of emerging accounting standards on the Company, assess broader implications for the business and advise management on best practices. Drive transformation to streamline and enhance efficiencies while mitigating risk in our financial reporting processes. Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors. Ensure accounting with equity-related transactions, related parties, stock-based compensation is in accordance with GAAP and appropriate disclosures maintained Ensure governance is maintained throughout the reporting process to ensure compliance with ICFR and SOX. Support the CAO, CFO, and Investor Relations with ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed. Experience 8+ years of experience in accounting with at least 4 years in SEC reporting. Active CPA license. Demonstrated experience with
U.S. GAAP, SEC
reporting requirements, and SOX compliance. Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, footnotes, and related disclosures. Proven ability to meet strict, non-negotiable reporting deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to identifying issues and developing scalable solutions. Willing and able to come to our office in Centennial, CO during office hours (Tuesday - Thursday 10am-4pm local time). Preferred Big 4 experience with a focus on technical accounting and financial statement review. Experience with Workiva SEC Reporting module. Anticipated Annual Salary Range:
$125,000 - $150,000 for qualified applicants. The above pay range represents Quantum's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within or outside of the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge/education, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations. #LI-HYBRID
