Finance & Corporate Planning Manager - EASY USA Holdings Inc.
EASY USA
Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and responsible Finance & Corporate Planning Manager to lead financial oversight, corporate planning, and reporting functions for our U.S. holding company and its subsidiaries. Role Overview As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our multi-entity operations. This role requires a professional who can transition seamlessly between detailed accounting operations and high-level strategic reporting to Headquarters (HQ).
Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership :
Direct and review subsidiaries' financial statements, ensuring accuracy in monthly closing and reporting.
Consolidation & HQ Reporting :
Lead the preparation of consolidated financial reports and management packages for executive review and HQ submission.
Compliance & Audit Management :
Oversee the implementation of internal control procedures ( ICFR ) and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
Strategic FP&A :
Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, performing deep-dive variance analysis to provide actionable business insights.
Subsidiary Coordination :
Manage communication and financial policy alignment across all U.S. entities.
Qualifications Experience :
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A.
Language :
Native-level fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is mandatory for HQ and local communication.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Expertise :
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/IFRS and Internal Controls .

Proven track record in Monthly Closing , Audit Defense , and Consolidation . Visa & Benefits
