This highly visible role will oversee statutory and GAAP reporting activities, support external audits, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting across multiple entities. Half days on Fridays (all year), free lunch, on-site gym, and promotional opportunities!
Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of statutory financial reporting, including schedules, exhibits, and supporting disclosures for regulatory filings Manage quarterly and annual GAAP consolidation activities, including elimination entries, workpapers, and financial statement analysis Oversee the preparation and coordination of audited financial statements and supporting documentation for legal entities Perform detailed variance analysis on financial results to identify significant fluctuations, trends, and reporting issues Support reporting provided to executive leadership, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders Review and coordinate responses related to regulatory inquiries, surveys, and requests for information Research and interpret evolving accounting and reporting guidance to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA or public accounting background preferred 6+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and consolidation accounting required Experience working within highly regulated, multi-entity, or complex organizational structures preferred Background supporting audits, financial statement preparation, and technical accounting research Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
