Job Description

Financial Reporting Manager Salary:
$130,000 – $150,000 Base + 30% Bonus +
Potential Sign-On Bonus Location:
Orlando (Hybrid)

Financial Reporting Manager:
Lead preparation and review of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under
U.S. GAAP
  • Own audited financial statement disclosures , including complex areas such as revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, and consolidations
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors , managing audit timelines, requests, and communications
  • Research and document technical accounting issues , preparing accounting memos for complex transactions
  • Partner cross-functionally with global teams to standardize close processes and accounting policies
  • Drive consistency in intercompany accounting and reporting practices across multiple entities and regions Qualifications for the
Financial Reporting Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred Progressive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, or corporate accounting Strong expertise in
U.S. GAAP
, including
ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC
