$100,000 - $125,000/year + bonus

Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Atlantic Group is hiring a Financial Reporting Manager in Philadelphia, PA for our client, supporting financial reporting, corporate accounting, and financial planning activities within a growing organization. This role focuses on managing the financial reporting process, supporting acquisitions and integration efforts, and partnering with leadership on budgeting and analysis. Financial Reporting Manager:

Financial Reporting:

Manage preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.

Corporate Accounting:

Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and month-end close.

FP&A Support:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Acquisition Integration:

Assist with accounting and financial integration for acquisitions.

Process Improvement:

Enhance reporting processes and strengthen internal controls.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial initiatives. Qualifications for the

Financial Reporting Manager:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, CPA certification is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience is required, with public accounting experience preferred.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting is required.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel is required.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
