Local Dallas-Fort Worth candidates preferred. Limited relocation assistance available for exceptional candidates. This high-visibility leadership role is responsible for financial reporting for U.S. operations and managing a team of accountants. You'll partner closely with finance executives, operations leaders, and field management to deliver financial insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead recurring financial reporting Oversee period-end close, financial analysis, and internal controls Manage and develop a team Present financial results and key business insights to leadership Drive reporting process improvements and cross-functional initiatives Qualifications Construction, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based industry experience required CPA and public accounting experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or finance experience Strong
U.S. GAAP
