Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like First thing, you will work with your team to open the branch and get ready for the day. Throughout the day, you will greet members (both in-branch and over the phone) enthusiastically, actively listen to their problems or needs, and offer personalized solutions that improve their financial well-being. You will enjoy a 1-hour lunch break. During downtime, you have the opportunity to take classes that will advance your skillset and encourage personal growth and development. At day's end, you will balance your drawer and work with your team to securely close the branch. To carry out this job you will need A high school diploma (or equivalent). Proficient PC skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. At least 1-year experience in customer service, retail, and/or cash handling. Strong communication skills. A willingness to embrace change and cultural differences.
