Job Description:
- At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Senior Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for planning and managing the overall business relationship with both legacy and new Loan Program Sponsors and their networks of contractors and maximizing the volume and quality of loans closed through those programs consistent with their true market potential.
- Primary Responsibilities
- + Maximizes the volume and quality of loans closed through assigned programs consistent with their true market potential and pre-determined goals + Develops annual relationship management plans for each assigned program including a detailed program enhancement plan, including specific quantifiable objectives regarding market potential and new loan volume + Implements approved plans, tracks performance, and routinely discusses results with VP/Program Sponsor Division Manager and Loan Program Sponsors + Develops an annual state of the relationship letter approved by the VP/Program Sponsor Division Assistant Manager for each assigned program and meets with each Loan Program Sponsor to present it and gain buy-in + Employs client focused selling (i.

- + Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and five (5) years of experience in business to business sales and client relationship management with large accounts + Or Associate's degree and six (6) years of experience in business to business sales and client relationship management with large accounts + Or High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in business to business sales and client relationship management with large accounts + Demonstrated results acquiring new business and exceeding production sales goals + Willing and able to travel •Preferences•+ Knowledge of home improvement lending programs and financial products •Skills and Competencies•+ Ability to work in a collaborative environment + Challenge oriented with "can-do" attitude + Communicates how our program works in a positive, motivating, and persuasive way + Communicates with dominant/strong personalities without fear or apprehension + Consults and advises rather than "sells" + Effective public speaker + Effectively communicates to different personality styles + Follow-up and follow-through work style + Generates business today, not by the end of the month + Uses practical, sensible, and realistic solutions for solving clients' needs + Works effectively without close supervision •Position Type•Full time •Compensation Details•Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
