YOUR DAY AS A MEMBER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST II
As a Member Experience Specialist II at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing financial relationships with our members. This dynamic position involves processing transactions, updating accounts, and opening new accounts, as well as assisting with loan applications and cross-selling the appropriate Credit Union products and services. You will be instrumental in supporting the Credit Union's business development initiatives by soliciting new memberships both at the branch and through local business engagement. Including attending SEG visits and conducting outbound calls, your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service. Adhering to policies and procedures while meeting individual and team performance and sales goals, you will embody the SkyOne Service and Sales Model, ensuring that our members receive a meaningful and tailored experience at every interaction.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To excel as a Member Experience Specialist II at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you must possess a robust set of skills and knowledge essential for building and maintaining strong financial relationships with members. A comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of all Credit Union products and services is crucial, as it allows you to identify and fulfill the financial needs of both current and potential members. Proficiency in utilizing account information is necessary to ask relevant questions and offer tailored solutions effectively. Strong communication skills are vital for providing efficient and professional service, resolving member inquiries, and collaborating with the team to meet sales and service goals. Attention to detail is crucial for accurately processing transactions, balancing teller drawers, and ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. Additionally, the ability to effectively manage time, adhere to policies, and complete required training will ensure you contribute positively to the Credit Union's mission and strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Windows, Word, Excel and Internet proficiency. Proficient in 10-key and typing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to any situation Goal Oriented Able to identify and uncover members and non-members needs. Dependable Working knowledge of our electronic delivery services. Working knowledge of all products and services. Working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations related to branches and ATMs. Minimum 1year experience in a financial institution.
