Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative plays a dual role within the customer service team, handling both teller functions and member service duties. This position primarily manages transactions for personal and business accounts, using multiple software systems to ensure accurate processing. The representative independently resolves minor issues and provides excellent member support. •This position is a union position; you are required to join OPEIU Local 30. Responsibilities Handle cash transactions accurately and securely Deliver exceptional customer service to members Process various financial transactions efficiently Manage payment processing and verifications Resolve minor issues independently Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products Enter and verify member data using multiple systems Will be requiredto obtain a Colorado Notary Certification. Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in banking or financial services Previous experience in financial services or a banking environment (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent Strong cash handling skills Excellent customer service abilities Attention to detail with accurate data entry Proficient math and verbal communication skills Spanish (preferred) Problem-solving and time management capabilities Basic computer proficiency

Pay:

$18.50 - $19.50 per hour
