Florida Fiber Group is actively hiring a Customer Enrollment Representative to join our Fort Myers team. This is a full-time, face-to-face role working directly with customers to introduce and sell Quantum Fiber high-speed internet services by Lumen. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, professional, and comfortable working directly with people. The Customer Enrollment Representative role is straightforward: meet customers in person, explain services clearly, and complete new customer sign-ups.
