Primary Duties Proactive Outreach:
Engage with business owners on a daily basis via outbound calls.
Prospect Vetting:
Evaluate potential clients by determining their financial needs and verifying eligibility based on revenue, sector, and operational history.
Workflow Management:
Maintain an organized pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and guiding interested parties through the early stages of the application.
Team Coordination:
Partner with our underwriters to gather vital documentation, such as financial statements and P&L reports, to streamline the approval cycle.
Candidate Requirements Background:
Prior experience in high-volume sales, insurance, debt relief, or Merchant Cash Advances (MCA) is an asset, though not mandatory.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional telephone demeanor.
Resilience:
The ability to remain confident and persistent when navigating objections.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfort using CRM software and automated dialing systems to monitor performance.
