Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Banker located in Alpharetta, GA. The Commercial Banker will work with small and medium-size business clients to understand their banking needs and originate, structure, and service commercial loans and credit facilities including term loans, lines of credit, commercial real estate, and working capital. This role will manage and grow a portfolio of business clients

• building relationships, cross-selling deposit and lending products, delivering banking solutions tailored to business clients.

The Commercial Banker is expected to conduct credit analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of prospective business clients, coordinate documentation and compliance with underwriting and regulatory standards, maintain relationships not only with clients, but internally

• coordinate with credit administration, compliance, and other banking operations. The successful candidate will have excellent business development skills
• sourcing new business banking opportunities, possibly through networking, referrals, community relationships, meeting local business prospects, and converting leads into lasting client relationships. This role will provide guidance and advisory services to businesses
• cashflow management, treasury solutions, deposit accounts, and possibly advise on loan structuring, refinancing, or expansion financing.

Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in commercial banking and/or treasury management services Background in finance with experience in underwriting and portfolio management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships Sound financial and business acumen, with a focus on customer-centric solutions Proficiency in banking, Excel, Word and other financial software systems Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in commercial banking or financial services is required
