Member Service Representative

Duties :

Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Identify member needs for appropriate products and services Assist with member inquiries, account updates, and membership sign-ups Minimizes fraud by thorough examination of documentation Assists with mail, night drop, and phone transactions Alerts loan officers to loan payoffs Handle cash management and cashiering duties Utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry Perform basic retail math calculations

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous cash-handling experience with ability to handle transactions accurately At our company, we value our members and provide exceptional service.
