This role is at the heart of the branch experiences supporting members with everyday financial needs, handling cash transactions with accuracy, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, care, and trust. By combining strong cash handling skills with a passion for service, this position plays a key role in creating positive, lasting relationships and delivering high-quality member experience. Responsibilities:
Transaction Support:
Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions via walk in, drive through, or phone
Cash Handling:
Accurately balance cash drawer daily, manage vault cash, and take ownership with check and cash reconciliation
Financial Guidance:
Actively listen to member needs to promote financial literacy by offering focused solutions and educating members of Credit Union products and services Account maintenance: Perform basic account updates and ensure proper documentation is collected and maintained Relationship building: Create positive member experiences by building trust, demonstrating professionalism, and exceeding service expectations
Team Collaboration:
Support fellow staff with balancing and transaction processing while contributing to a shared, accountable, and positive branch environment Professional conduct: Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and consistency in all member and staff interactions
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to move throughout the branch and perform various physical activities. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 45 lbs. Manual dexterity required for operating computer keyboards. Work in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
