  • Position Summary:
  • The Member Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our members, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. This role is responsible for addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and providing comprehensive support to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial contact for member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with members by offering personalized service and solutions. Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening, updating, and closing accounts. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex member issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary. Promote and explain products and services to members, helping them make informed decisions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of member interactions using our CRM system. Stay updated with organizational policies, procedures, and new offerings to provide knowledgeable service.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial or membership-based setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
