We're currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our team at our Covington branch. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify and evaluate the financial needs of prospective clients. Analyze creditworthiness and underwrite loan applications. Recommend loan products tailored to customer needs. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Participate in meetings, community events, and ongoing training sessions. Grow and manage a high-quality loan portfolio. Provide regular update and feedback to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven success in sales, banking, or financial services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and able to meet deadlines under pressure. Proficient in evaluating financial information and managing customer relationships.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience in banking, sales, or finance will also be considered. Compensation is commensurate with education and experience. Why Join Us?
