Full Job Description Title:
Relationship Manager CoreCap Investments, Inc. is a mid-sized independent broker-dealer located in the Detroit suburbs with an affiliated federally-registered investment advisor.Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager acts as the primary service contact for Financial Advisors and Registered Reps, leading account establishment, cash management, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Key Duties (including but not limited to): Direct, lead, and oversee servicing of relationships with both Advisors & Registered Reps as primary point of contact for inquiries related to establishing and servicing accounts & cash management. Partner with Advisors, Registered Reps, and CoreCap associates to ensure client paperwork is executed within defined service level agreements. Research and resolve routine-to-complex client issues. Accountable for mentoring, training, and development of associates. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with custodian partners, vendors, client professional contacts, and service providers. Partnering with internal operations teams on process execution Participate in small-to-large project initiatives with varying degrees of complexity that directly impact the client service and operations organization to include process development, project management, and training as requiredQualifications:
- Financial services and/or operations experience is a must
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual, with effective time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
Pay:
