We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Member Care Center team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. At TopLine Credit Union, our Member Care Center Representatives assist our members in a fun and fast paced environment over the phone and via electronic communication. The focus of each communication is ensuring to provide each member with exceptional service while showcasing your purpose, passion, and pride as an employee within the TopLine family. Representatives assisting our members also have the responsibility of supporting the organization's plans and goals, while providing the highest levels of personal and professional service. TopLine is seeking an experienced call center representative to join our family. A successful Member Care Center Representative will be able to do: Provide top notch customer service to our members by providing a warm, friendly voice over the phone, and delivering personal service to meet each member's individual needs. Assist members via phone or electronic communication with accounts, cards, loan, digital banking, transfers, while maintaining accuracy in member files, digital records, and archives. Assist with fraud concerns and dispute resolutions following established policies. Educate members on TopLine's available services within the organization. Maintain knowledge of all of TopLine's products and services, as well as procedures and policies.

Salary Range:

$21.31 - $26.63 (hourly)
