AT&T Enrollment Representative

We are seeking an AT&T Enrollment Representative to support customer and business enrollments. This position is centered on direct customer and business interaction, product knowledge, and delivering accurate information regarding AT&T services. The ideal AT&T Enrollment Representative candidate will be responsible for guiding customers and businesses through enrollment processes, handling account setup, and ensuring all service selections align with customer needs. This AT&T Enrollment Representative role also involves a strong foundation in sales, as representatives are expected to confidently present service options, explain features, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. As an AT&T Enrollment Representative, you will engage with customers and business owners daily, providing support with wireless services, internet plans, and bundled solutions. Your ability to execute effective sales strategies, maintain compliance with company standards, and accurately process enrollments is essential. This position involves consistent use of sales techniques to communicate value, address customer questions, and complete transactions efficiently.

AT&T Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

Manage customer and business interactions while providing detailed explanations of AT&T products and services Execute the full enrollment process, including account setup and service activation Utilize proven sales techniques to present and close service options Maintain accuracy in all sales transactions and customer records Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns during the enrollment process Stay informed on current promotions, service updates, and pricing structures Meet daily expectations related to sales performance and customer engagement Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent sales execution and service delivery

AT&T Enrollment Representative Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment High level of professionalism and attention to detail Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions while maintaining sales accuracy Basic understanding of telecommunications services is a plus
