Job Description
Job SummaryThe Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact between Monetas Advisory Teams and the Enterprise Services Team (EST), providing a consistent and accountable channel for service coordination, issue escalation, and cross-functional execution. This role ensures that Advisory Team needs are translated into prioritized EST action and that escalated issues are routed to the appropriate leaders and functional teams for timely resolution. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Relationship Manager supports service consistency, platform adoption, and firm-wide alignment across Monetas advisory officesEssential ResponsibilitiesAdvisory & EST LiaisonServe as the primary point of contact for assigned Advisory Teams, providing a consistent and accessible channel for service requests, issue resolution, and EST engagement.
Receive and triage escalated issues from Advisory Teams, identifying the appropriate EST leaders and functional teams to engage for timely resolution.
Attend Advisory Team meetings to develop an informed understanding of team priorities, service needs, and upcoming initiatives.
Represent EST capabilities and capacity accurately and transparently to Advisory Teams.
Align expectations between Advisory Teams and EST functions, clarifying ownership and accountability for cross-functional work.
Prioritization & Capacity ManagementAssess and help prioritize EST workload based on firm strategy and Advisory Team needs.
Identify recurring friction points in service delivery and recommend process improvements to EST leadership.
Monitor SLA adherence across EST functions and escalate issues as appropriate.
Project Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning investment, planning, operations, trust, and technology functions.
Track project milestones, surface blockers, and ensure timely follow-through on commitments made to Advisory Teams.
Support firm-wide enterprise rollouts and strategic initiatives as directed.
Continuous Improvement & StandardizationIdentify opportunities to standardize workflows and service delivery practices across Advisory Teams and offices.
Promote adoption of firm tools and platforms, including Moneta Central, reporting systems, and AI-enabled resources.
Gather structured feedback from Advisory Teams and communicate findings to EST leadership to inform service improvements.
Metrics & ReportingMonitor and report on key service indicators, including turnaround times, workflow efficiency, and service consistency across offices.
Maintain transparency in advisor capacity and EST performance through dashboards and business analytics tools.
QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in wealth management, financial services operations, or an enterprise service environment.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across investment, planning, operations, and technology teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and engage confidently with senior leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
