1-year contract Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced financial services environment in St. Louis, MO . This onsite 1-year contract opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-volume contact center environments and enjoy helping others navigate new systems and technology. In this role, you will support branch associates by answering incoming calls, providing clear information about new system implementations, and delivering friendly, solution-focused support. Key Responsibilities Serve as a phone service representative , spending the majority of your time answering incoming calls from branch associates. Respond to inquiries related to new system and technology implementations across the organization. Provide clear explanations of complex processes or information to help associates effectively use new tools and systems. Partner with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate support for callers. Deliver professional, friendly, and reliable solutions while meeting established call quality and efficiency standards. Participate in monthly department meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay up to date on system changes and processes. Project Details Opportunity to educate and guide callers through new systems and technologies being implemented across the firm. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment where strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Required Qualifications 3+ years of call center experience , preferably in a high-volume contact center environment. Demonstrated ability to navigate and leverage multiple technology systems . Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively . Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and confidently . Strong learning agility and adaptability in a changing environment. Financial services experience preferred , but not required. #IND2
