Key Responsibilities include Developing professional skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience; Developing sales and cold calling skills; Attending business and networking events to build relationships; Assisting with market research and credit analysis for loan customers; Supporting the credit evaluation process, including financial statement analysis and loan structuring; Taking on special projects to enhance learning and contribute to business goals; and Other duties as assigned. This program offers a structured, hands-on pathway into commercial banking. Must have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Basic knowledge of banking/finance field; Leadership roles at school, at work and/or in the community; Ability to work independently and collaborate with others; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong relationship-building and networking skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Motivated and an organized self-starter; Ability to demonstrate resiliency; Learn and become familiar with bank policies and practices regarding authorized use of credit information; Proficiency with
