Job Description
As the leading line of business, UMB's bottom line is directly impacted by the growth of our commercial portfolio. This team manages Commercial and Industrial relationships throughout its life - developing meaningful connections with management of the companies they serve. Always mindful of the changes in the company, its industry, etc., over time that might create a change in their financial service needs. As the

- you will manage a portfolio and will have a secondary focus on selling deeper into the customer relationship. Will have responsibility for a mid to large-size portfolio including the most complex credits. Grow revenue as directed by senior management to meet established goals by successfully prospecting new opportunities with existing clients and making appropriate referrals.

- + You possess a bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Bonus points if:
- + You have 5+ years of managing middle market relationships. + You have knowledge of bank products, services, and bank operations. + You have product training.
Compensation Range:
- $99,750.
