What Youll DoIn this role, youll be a key driver of member successbalancing hands-on financial services with relationship building and operational excellence.

Deliver Exceptional Member ServiceAssist members with everyday financial needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service in all member interactions Open and maintain member accounts while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Support Lending & Financial SolutionsAssist with consumer lending activities, including personal and auto loans Guide members through loan applications and basic credit decisions Help members understand credit union products and services that support their goals Strengthen Member RelationshipsIdentify member needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions Build trust through consistent, respectful, and professional service Deliver meaningful conversations that support long-term financial wellness Support Branch Operations & AccuracyEnsure daily transactions are processed accurately and efficiently Maintain compliance with credit union policies and procedures Support a safe, secure, and well-organized branch environment Represent North Star in the CommunityBuild strong relationships within the Minot Air Force Base community Represent North Star with professionalism, integrity, and care in every interaction What Success Looks LikeMembers feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their financial decisions Transactions and account services are handled accurately and efficiently Lending support is consistent, compliant, and member-focused Strong relationships are built within the military community You are recognized as a trusted, dependable, and service-driven team member What You BringExperience in banking, credit unions, retail, customer service, or financial services preferred Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-focused environment High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability Basic knowledge of financial products, lending, or account services (or willingness to learn) Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
