The Community Private Banker is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a portfolio of small business client relationships with annual revenue between $5MM-$25MM, while delivering a high-touch, private banking experience. This role serves as a trusted advisor across clients' business financial needs, with a focus on deposits, lending, treasury and cash management solutions, and referrals to wealth/trust, and specialty banking partners. The Community Private Banker is expected to generate new profitable relationships through proactive business development, community involvement, networking, referrals, and centers of influence. This role works collaboratively with internal partners to deliver customized, relationship-based solutions consistent with Peapack Private Bank & Trust's client-focused culture, service standards, and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Originate new business opportunities consisting of loans, deposits, treasury management and wealth and develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of small business client client relationships through proactive calling efforts, networking, referrals, and centers of influence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering proactive, responsive, and consultative client experience
- Manage and prepare responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for nonprofit and municip.
